Shipping

For stock items, products will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of check, money order or wire transfer. For customers with an account with us, products in stock will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of purchase order. We use FedEx and/or local trucking shipping methods. Please provide a physical address for deliver. Please report to us and refuse the shipment immediately to the delivery person if you suspect the products are damaged during the delivery.


Payment Method

To open an account with us, sales permit (resale card) and a credit application must be submitted for approval. Please go to Opening Accounts for detail information. Any company without open term account must pay in advance. To save your time, the first order must be paid in advance as well. ABO accepts company check, money order and credit card.

 Company CheckPlease make it payable to ABO Window Fashion Corporation. Each returned check will result in a $30 dollars fee.

 Money Order: Please make it payable to ABO Window Fashion Corporation.

 Credit Card: ABO Accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

P.S. If your shipping address located in California, please fax or e-mail a copy of sales permit (resale card) to avoid the tax.

 

Return Policy

ABO accepts returned products only if they are damaged before arriving to customers or they are not as described in the order form. Returned products with all other reasons will be subject to a restocking fee and handling charge at ABO’s discretion. Damaged products must be reported to us within 7 days after receipt. Returning products must be in its original packages. Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please keep the tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.
